**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Passenger Safety:** Ensure all safety procedures are followed during the flight, helping passengers understand emergency protocols and equipment.

- **Customer Service:** Provide excellent service to passengers by attending to their needs, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a comfortable flight experience.

- **Pre-Flight Preparations:** Assist with boarding procedures, check supplies, and ensure the cabin is clean and ready before take-off.

- **Conflict Resolution:** Address any passenger complaints or issues professionally, striving to maintain a calm and positive atmosphere onboard.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with fellow crew members and the flight captain to ensure smooth operations and communication throughout the flight.
