**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Attend Pre-Flight Briefings:** Participate in briefings to understand flight details and customer needs, ensuring you are prepared for the journey.
- **Ensure Passenger Safety:** Carry out safety checks before the flight and demonstrate emergency procedures, helping passengers stay safe during the journey.
- **Serve Food and Beverages:** Offer refreshments and meals to passengers, ensuring they have a comfortable and enjoyable experience during the flight.
- **Assist Passengers:** Help passengers with their needs, such as stowing luggage and answering questions, to provide excellent customer service.
- **Resolve Issues:** Handle any passenger concerns or complaints effectively and professionally to maintain a positive atmosphere on board.
- **Maintain Cleanliness:** Ensure the cabin is clean and tidy before, during, and after the flight, contributing to a pleasant environment for all travelers.
For this position, we expect candidates to have a minimum educational qualification of 12th pass. You should demonstrate good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
