Interview For Cabin Attendant || 12th Pass - Freshers

We are looking for a dedicated Cabin Attendant to join our team in Visakhapatnam. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring passengers have a safe and pleasant journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend Pre-Flight Briefings: Participate in briefings to understand flight details and customer needs, ensuring you are prepared for the journey.

- Ensure Passenger Safety: Carry out safety checks before the flight and demonstrate emergency procedures, helping passengers stay safe during the journey.

- Serve Food and Beverages: Offer refreshments and meals to passengers, ensuring they have a comfortable and enjoyable experience during the flight.

- Assist Passengers: Help passengers with their needs, such as stowing luggage and answering questions, to provide excellent customer service.

- Resolve Issues: Handle any passenger concerns or complaints effectively and professionally to maintain a positive atmosphere on board.

- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the cabin is clean and tidy before, during, and after the flight, contributing to a pleasant environment for all travelers.

For this position, we expect candidates to have a minimum educational qualification of 12th pass. You should demonstrate good communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Being attentive to detail and having strong problem-solving capabilities are essential. A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team are expected to ensure passengers feel valued and cared for throughout their journey. Prior experience is not necessary, but a passion for customer service is a must.
