Cabin Attendant Fresher

As a Cabin Attendant, you will be an essential part of our team, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our passengers. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Assistance to Passengers: You will greet passengers as they board the aircraft, helping them find their seats and stowing their luggage, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.

- Safety Checks: Conduct safety demonstrations and briefings before takeoff to inform passengers about safety protocols and emergency procedures, ensuring everyone is prepared for any situation.

- Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service during the flight, addressing passenger needs, serving meals and beverages, and responding to inquiries, creating a positive travel experience.

- Hygiene and Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and order in the cabin, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable for passengers, which contributes to a pleasant flying environment.

- Emergency Response: Be trained to handle emergency situations, including medical issues or evacuations, ensuring passenger safety is always the top priority.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor, as you will be interacting with diverse groups of people. You should be able to work well in a team and remain calm under pressure. A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service are essential. A completed education up to the 12th grade is required, and previous experience in customer service is a plus, although fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
