We are looking for a reliable and experienced cab driver to join our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate should have a good driving record and an understanding of local routes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Transport Passengers:** Safely drive passengers to their destinations while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

- **Follow Traffic Rules:** Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and others on the road.

- **Inspect Vehicle:** Regularly check the cab for maintenance issues and cleanliness before and after each shift to ensure that it is in good working condition.

- **Plan Routes:** Use GPS and local knowledge to choose the most efficient routes, especially during peak hours to minimize travel time.

- **Handle Payments:** Collect fares from passengers and provide change as necessary, ensuring accurate transactions.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Candidates must have 2 to 3 years of driving experience, preferably as a cab driver, to ensure familiarity with city navigation and customer service.

- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are essential.

- Strong communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with passengers.

- The candidate should possess basic vehicle maintenance knowledge for routine checks and minor repairs.
