Looking For Cab Driver

We are looking for a reliable Cab Driver for our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 5 years of driving experience and have completed at least the 10th grade. This is a full-time position based in the office, where you will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safe Transportation: Drive passengers to their destinations safely, following traffic laws and ensuring a smooth ride.

- Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly check and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, including cleanliness and mechanical checks.

- Route Planning: Understand and plan efficient routes using maps and navigation tools to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.

- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to passengers by being polite, friendly, and accommodating to their needs during the journey.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fares, and any incidents that occur during rides.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The candidate must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Strong knowledge of the city and its routes is essential. Good communication skills are important for interacting with passengers. The candidate should demonstrate responsibility, punctuality, and a commitment to safety on the road. Adaptability to changing schedules and a professional appearance are also expected in this role. A positive attitude and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly will contribute to successful performance as a cab driver.
