sunil sandeep & co (ssc); chartered accountants; is a boutique consulting firm based in ahmedabad offering value added services in the name of

virtual cfo since 2000.

the cfo services covers cfo level professional services to smes and corporates; (. strategic planning – preparing business plans – defining policies – finance & accounts support– mis/ profitability review/ analysis, management & board reporting – costing and budgeting control – supporting scientific decision making process, process review (sops) – risk management and control, erp support, supporting any accounting / tax legal/ commercial matters and includes transaction based services like fund raising – m&a support – deal making – jv/legal matters etc)

we are looking for a candidate having worked in manufacturing industry in an organized set up for a minimum period of 3 complete years after articles ship. he should possess:

• good understanding in accounting, gst, income tax

• independent finalization of accounts and balance sheet

• understanding of internal control and process knowledge

• knowledge of advanced excel tools

• mis & data analysis skills

• good communication and mail writing capability

• compliance of banking, import or export

• to play active role in our cfo services while dealing with multiple clients

• to support in account, gst, income tax, finance function of smes

• actively support in inventory control, costing, budgeting & mis exercise

• support in equity deals, due diligence support

• review and support team for timely execution

• banking compliances and commercial agreements
