about the role:

agents for applications in education, entertainment, and general question-answering. this is a

key responsibilities:

review and ensure ai-generated code adheres to quality standards and best practices.

manage the development cycle, set priorities, and meet project deadlines.

utilise expertise in c/c++ to address complex coding challenges during ai validation.

foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.

validate ai-generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.

enhance ai system capabilities and integrate them with other components.

provide constructive feedback on team members code to maintain high-quality

standards.

proactively contribute to improving public github repositories with large codebases

(50k+ lines of code).

train llm models with scalable and high-quality back-end components using modern

coding practices.

job requirements:

bachelors/masters degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent

experience.

3+ years of software engineering experience, with strong c++ expertise.

proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.

familiarity with ai systems and code-creation technologies is preferred.

experience with github for managing and improving codebases.

outstanding problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.

excellent written and verbal communication skills in english.
