Job description
We are looking for experienced Business Process Associates to join our Hyderabad office. Successful candidates would have an opportunity to work as a part of our diverse multicultural in-house call center team. Fluency in English and Tamil Malayalam Marathi Kannada Bengali (any one of these languages) is mandatory.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Deal with customers to understand their requirements, clarify their queries and provide the best solutions to them, on a timely basis.
Understand the business structure, identify customer needs and guide them by giving them relevant information.
Respond to various client queries through inbound and outbound voice and chat processes.
Follow SOP s, call scripts, maintain quality standards and provide a high degree of customer service by politely interacting with clients.
Increase brand value by building sustainable relationships, engaging customers and seizing opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
Maintain accurate records of all conversations in the database in a comprehensible way.
Meet personal team qualitative and quantitative targets.
