The incumbent will be responsible for the overall functioning of the housing project(s) (Business unit)/ conceptualization, planning, execution, achieving IRRs, and Profits.

Business

o Plan entire life cycle of a business unit

o Control P & L and Cash flow of the business unit

o Manage IRR

Execution

o Drive all the important functions of the business unit including Sales, Marketing, Collections, Planning, and Construction, Approvals, etc

o Plan marketing plans and budgets and drive the sales and marketing efforts

o Coming up with proactive strategies and leading the entire execution of the project

o Playing an active role in hiring, training, etc

o Coordination with multiple teams (Land, Approvals, Construction, Finance, Research, Sales & Marketing)

o Controlling the speed and costs of construction
