roles & responsibilities:

1..to set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

create exclusive distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in their respective area of operations.

negotiate and close the deals along with handling complaints or objections.

oversee sales executive schedule and plan them accordingly.

5.•developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

requirements:

1.•experience in sales, marketing or related field.

2.•ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

3•bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.

4.•must have working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
