Requirements:

Proven working experience as a business development manager in IT Software firm.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Excellent English communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build rapport

Time management and planning skills

Comfortable in night shifts (US shift)

Responsibilities :

Should be an individual contributor

Does regular follow ups

Generate and close leads for self and for the team.

Take client calls and close business deals individually.

Experience: 0 – 2 yrs

Initial 1 month work from home then regular in-office / Walk-in .
