Summary

We are looking for dynamic Male & Female candidates, high energy

individuals, who have handsome experience in Real Estate Sales, Client

Service, well acquainted with posh localities and have worked with well-known

organisations with proven track record in meeting out the targets and win

client’s trust for future referrals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Convincing clients’ for a meeting and site visits of the undergoing

projects through Tele-calling, Emails and Off-site meetings.

2. Develop corporate relationships through lead calls, referral calls, and

personal visits with clients.

3. Create customised Investment Proposals to cater to client’s needs and

requirement.

4. Close deals to achieve monthly targets.

5. Post sales service for Agreement Execution, Collection and Query

handling.

6. Create relationships with booked clients to generate incremental business

through referrals.

7. Manage day to day sales operation and documentation like maintaining

Customer’s data and MIS.

Qualification/Skills

1. He / She should be a graduate from a reputed Universities in India. PostGraduation degree will be an added advantage.

2. 0-3 of experience as a Real Estate professional and well acquainted with

localities and Landmarks in Gurgaon and Delhi (NCR) area.

3. Should be highly professional, well groomed and possesses exceptional

verbal and written communication skills.

4. Should be confident and have good negotiation skills.

5. Should have the ability to motivate a large team to deliver the allocated

targets.

6. Ready to work in a challenging environment.
