Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in the Marketing and Advertising industry. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving the success of our organization.

A successful candidate will have a strong background in business development and a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets. You will have a deep understanding of the marketing and advertising industry, and a network of contacts to leverage in your role. You will be a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Identify and research potential new business opportunities 2. Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events 3. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients 5. Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitable deals and long-term partnerships 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions, identifying new opportunities for growth 7. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities and progress towards targets

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 0-6 years of experience in business development, preferably in the marketing and advertising industry or any Industry. 2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets 3. In-depth knowledge of the marketing and advertising industry, including current trends and best practices 4. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain connections with key stakeholders 5. Excellent communication
