lead generation & prospecting:

setting up meetings and presentations between prospective clients and the sales team.

sales pipeline management:

maintaining a strong, healthy sales pipeline and accurately forecasting sales closures.

managing the entire sales process from initial contact to contract closure.

diligently updating and managing all sales activities, pipeline, and contact information within the crm system.

client relationship management:

building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

acting as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding phase.

conducting market analysis to identify client needs and communicate product/service value propositions effectively.

strategy & reporting:

contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies and market penetration plans.

product knowledge:

qualifications and skills

education: a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
