Roles & Responsibilities
Collect names, contact information, and telephone numbers of potential customers from various sources.
Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Conduct cold calling to generate new customer leads and increase sales opportunities.
Deliver prepared sales pitches by reading scripts that describe products or services.
Persuade potential customers to purchase products by emphasizing their benefits and features.
Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly to provide the best solutions.
Engage with customers by asking relevant questions to maintain and guide conversations.
Respond to customer queries and objections, providing detailed explanations of products, services, and pricing.
Provide potential customers with product pricing, availability, and other relevant information.
Record customer details such as name, address, and payment methods to process orders.
Ensure product stock levels are sufficient for demonstrations and sales purposes.
Work closely with the inventory team to manage stock and ensure timely delivery.
Make timely follow-up calls to customers who have shown interest in products or services, ensuring they are satisfied with their experience and encouraging them to make a purchase.
Maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers to enhance customer retention.
Follow up with customers for payment collection, ensuring that payments are processed on time and in full.
Handle any payment-related queries or concerns professionally, coordinating with the accounts team to resolve discrepancies.
