we are looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company. 
business development executives are responsible for finding, retaining and growing b to b customers and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. 
location: head office is located in noida however person is expected to mostly on sales call and will be visiting office for periodic meetings. 
key responsibilities: 
 familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
 procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
 attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
 maintaining meaningful relationships with the clients to ensure that they are retained.
 suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
 crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
 negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
 reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
 remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
 develop trust relationships with a portfolio of key clients to ensure they do not turn to competition 
 self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
 ability to create and deliver presentations
qualifications & experience: any under graduate or graduate with min 3 years of experience in sales and business development. proficient in 
spoken english and hindi. well wersed with ms office ( word, excel and powerpoint)
