Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for advising clients.

- Provide information about the products and services to the client

- Gives advice on investments such as stock cash services, future services and

commodities

- Update client information in the database & Need to achieve given sales targets.

- Handling Client's queries regarding Before trade and After Trade through Inbound

calls and chats.

- Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance framework & Building relationships with the client & educating them about Investments.
