We are looking for a part-time Business Analyst to work from home. The ideal candidate should have a background in business or data analysis, with a focus on identifying and solving business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze Business Needs: Gather and evaluate the needs of the business to understand areas that require improvement, allowing for strategic decision-making.

- Data Collection: Collect relevant data from various sources to support analysis, ensuring that all information is accurate and comprehensive.

- Report Generation: Create detailed reports and presentations that summarize findings, helping stakeholders to understand insights and make informed decisions.

- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to discuss findings and recommendations, ensuring everyone is aligned with the proposed strategies.

- Process Improvement: Identify and propose enhancements to existing operational processes, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound recommendations.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey insights to diverse audiences.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools (., Excel, SQL, or BI software) and methodologies.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
