Branch Manager required for SriStar Gold Company - The Gold Rounder

Age Limit: 24 - 40 years only

Experience: For Hyderabad Location 5+ years.

Experience: For Belgaum, Bijapur, Bagalkot, Kolar, Bellary, Chikkamagaluru, Chikkaballapur, Karwar, and Mangalore. Fresher or with 1 year Experience

Note: Required experience - Have worked in Muthoot, Manappuram, NBFCs, Pawn Broker Shops, or any Gold-Related Business.

Interview Process: 2 Rounds

1st Round - The shortlisted candidates must visit our corporate office in Bangalore to attend the 1st round of interviews in person at their own expense.

The selected candidates will be updated about the further rounds.

Required Documents

Original SSLC Marks card, Aadhaar Card, Pan Card, Police Verification Certificate and Family Photo

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage all transactions in and outside the branch

• Canvassing and sourcing of new customers to increase Business.

• Maintain a good relationship with clients so that the business can maximize

• Customer relationship and follow up.

• Maintenance of important data and daily reports.

• Driving daily, monthly & Quarterly branch targets.

• Marketing & campaigning activities

• Daily Reporting to the head office

• Travel extensively for business
