Candidates with 5-10 years of exp in Business Loans, HL & LAP, who managed Disbursement & Collections & handled different products. Should have experience in direct sourcing and also work with DSAs, manage daily branch operations & improve quality.

Required Candidate profile

Graduates with Excellent inter-personal, Negotiation and Comm. skills. Adequate knowledge& Keen understanding of business. Work experience in Cochin will be advantage. Immediate joiners preferred.
