we are looking for an experienced branch manager for a leading banking sector client. the ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer relationship management, and the ability to drive branch business targets effectively.

key responsibilities

manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.

achieve business targets for casa, loans, insurance & other banking products.

lead, guide, and motivate the branch team to deliver excellent customer service.

build and maintain strong customer relationships.

ensure compliance with banking policies, audit guidelines, and regulatory norms.

handle escalations, customer grievances, and resolve issues promptly.

monitor branch performance and prepare mis reports.

required skills & qualifications

graduate / postgraduate (any specialization).

410 years of experience in branch banking.

strong communication, leadership & customer handling skills.

experience in sales, operations & team management preferred.
