Fresher / Any BPO Experience

Shift: Night Shift (Male candidates only)

Day shift (Female candidates only)

Range: up to 10,000 PM to 25,000 PM

Location: Madurai.

Designation: Customer Support / Senior Customer Support Associate / Process Associate / Non Voice / Email & Chat Support / Tech Chat / Web Chat/ Task completion/ testing.

*Basic system knowledge with decent communication is must.*

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Noticing significant subtleties of every discussion.

2. Conveying verbal acknowledgments of offers to our Sales group for closing.

3. Advises present or prospective clients by answering incoming messages on a rotating basis, operating telephone equipment, automatic dialling systems, and different telecommunications technologies.

4. Maintains operations by following policies and methodology and functional changes.

5. Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.

6. Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about an item or administration utilizing pre-defined scripts.

7. Responding to inquiries concerning things or the organization

8. Posing questions to comprehend client necessities.

9. Considering the details of each offering and staying side by the side of updates to these contributions.

10. Provide World Class Customer Service. End to Transaction of Reports. Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
