- bs or master’s in computer science, computer information systems engineering or mathematics.

- 8+ years of technology experience in one of the following: software development or architecture.

- 5+ years of bpm experience

- 2+ years of camunda experience

- comprehensive understanding of camunda process engine, bpmn , dmn

- hands on experience on microservices development using java spring

- experience and knowledge of performance optimization for microservices, camunda process engine

- in depth knowledge of the camunda database and rest apis

- experience of agile development cycle using scrum, including backlog development, iteration planning, and iteration tracking.

- knowledge of the financial services or workflow industry.

- knowledge of robust data systems like retail will be good

- must be capable to work under minimum supervision and be a teammate.

- experience or certification in cloud-based (aws, gcp, azure, etc.) architecture.

- conceptual understanding of security, vulnerabilities, load balancing, clustering, throughput, cloud, caching.

- experience in api patterns, scaling and resiliency architecture is essential.

- excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-team collaboration and partnerships across a variety of internal and external technology teams.
