- perform blood collection and processing: collect blood donations from donors, ensure proper labeling, and process blood components for storage and distribution.

- conduct blood typing and compatibility testing: perform abo and rh typing, as well as cross-matching tests to ensure compatibility of blood products for transfusion.

- maintain blood inventory: monitor and replenish blood supply, keeping track of expiration dates and ensuring proper storage conditions.

- follow safety protocols: adhere to standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and infection control practices to ensure a safe environment for donors and staff.
