Role & Responsibility :

Lead the end-to-end setup of new medical machinery at client sites and ensure they meet operational standards.

​Perform scheduled servicing and routine health checks of equipment to prevent unexpected breakdowns.

​Provide rapid response to emergency service calls; troubleshoot and repair hardware or software faults on-site.

​Conduct technical demonstrations and training sessions for doctors, nurses, and technicians on how to operate the equipment safely and efficiently.

​TeMaintain accurate service reports, installation certificates, and compliance logs as per company and healthcare standards.

​ Act as the primary point of contact for hospital biomedical departments to ensure high customer satisfaction.

​Qualification & Skills :

Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering And Bachelor in BE,.

​Strong understanding of medical imaging systems (X-ray, CT) or life-support equipment (Ventilators, Patient Monitors).

​ Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify electronic or mechanical faults quickly.

Must be willing to travel extensively across the assigned territory (Field-work oriented).

Familiarity with GE Healthcare products is a significant advantage.
