Billing and Estimation With Interior Execution

• Required detail knowledge of Estimation and Billing of major/minor projects. Working of Tenders/quotations as well as arrangement of work schedule and arrangement of Budget schedule with contract value is essence of this post.

• Negotiation with various vendors/ contractors for procurement as well as installation of jobs which are going on floor. Preparation of . Bills and Final bill for submission it to clients and arrangement of checking of measurement with concerned contractors are mandatory.

• Preparing & tracking of project with utility of Budget, as well as maintenance of project in DLP period.

• Liaison with Government agencies & contractors.

• Execute & deploy manpower as per site requirements.

• Co - ordinates with Admin for day-to-day client visits and their arrangements.

• Managed the end-to-end service delivery

• Fair knowledge of rates of services like, carpentry, gypsum, Modular furniture, electrical, civil and plumbing, HVAC, Firefighting system, Access Control System work etc ,
