JD -

·      Basic understanding of civil , landscape , finishing & interior drawings

·      Proficient - Deriving Correct estimation of Quantity from Drawings

·      Basic - Calculation & Analysis of Rates of all items

·      Basic - in execution of Civil structure work , all finishing & interior items

·      Basic - understanding of documentation of quality norms

Proficient – Understanding, Interpretation of WO & PO

. Basic - understanding, implementation, documentation of IGBC norms if applicable

. Proficient - understanding and documentation of quality norms

. Basic - understanding of NBC and Local by laws

·    Follow up of pending issues, supplies, unattended issues, etc.

·    Coordination with other departments of the organisation

·    Coordination with various agencies, vendors, suppliers, consultants.

·    Timely checking of bills
