 Preparation of Cost Report for the project. Preparation of MIS Report for the project.

 Preparation of Bill of Quantity & estimates.

 Tender Negotiation with renderers & preparation of comparative statement for tendering.

 Certification of Material reconciliation statement of major building material used at project.

 Identification extra items / variation beyond the tender and certification of rate analysis for the same items submitted by the contractors.

 Maintaining important documents, records and drawings in a organized and accurate manner.

 Quantity Survey, BOQ and Tender Preparation, Rate Analysis, Cost Control, Cost Monitoring, Bill Checking and Reconciliation for Civil and Structural and MEP works.

 Re - measurement of the quantity from drawings as per Indian Standard Codes.

 Identification extra items / variation beyond the tender and certification of rate analysis for the same items submitted by the contractors
