Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle of IT professionals in the US. Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the Job description of the client through. various strategies/channels such as: DICE, Monster, Hot Jobs. Third-Party Vendors etc. Conduct initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level. Experience working with Prime Vendor. End Client and Implementation partner.

Job Title/Designation:

Bench Sales/Business Development Executive &US IT Recruiters Marketing Bench Consultant (H1B, GC OPT US Citizen). Good Communication skills.

Qualifications

At least Bachelor's degree o ent in education and experience

Candidates with good knowledge and passion for Sales for the US Market.

Prior similar experience in the US is highly desirable. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
