Bench Recruiting Lead (Female)

Project Management Global is looking for an Experienced Bench Recruiting Lead currently Located in India. The applicant will work remotely providing the following Bench Recruiting Services to Our American Technology Company:

• Exceptional Oral and Written English is Essential.

• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.

• Negotiate pay rates and terms of employment with candidates.

• Build and maintain a network of potential consultants.

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client staffing needs.

• Provide regular updates to candidates and management on the status of applications.

Essential qualifications and skills as a bench sales lead recruiter:

• Education in human resources, business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in bench sales or IT recruitment.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Knowledge of IT industry trends and technologies.
