Roles & Responsibilities

Operate Gravity Casting and Continuous casting machine, trim and inspect parts

Skim or pour dross, slag, from molten metal, using rakes

Operate Paste mixing & Pasting Machines, trim, inspect part

Skim or pour residual paste from machine using shovels

Record stats on ISO documentation, and coordinate with machine & electrical technicians to operate machines at maximum efficiency

Should have knowledge about Quality parameters & Scrap Conscious
