Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the barista team, including training, scheduling, and performance management.

Demonstrate expertise in coffee preparation, including various brewing techniques, latte art, and flavor profiles.

Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for customers, ensuring their preferences are understood and met.

Collaborate with the management to develop new coffee offerings, seasonal drinks, and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.

Oversee the setup and maintenance of coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to ensure they are in optimal working condition.

Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages.

Uphold impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards in the coffee preparation area and the entire shop.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Stay updated on coffee industry trends, new brewing methods, and equipment innovations, and share this knowledge with the team.

Create a positive and motivational work environment, fostering teamwork and a commitment to excellence.
