We are looking for a dedicated Barista to join our team in Kolkata. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coffee beverages and excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare Beverages: Make a variety of coffee drinks, such as espresso, cappuccino, and lattes, following established recipes to ensure consistent quality.- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately, providing recommendations when necessary to enhance their experience.- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the workspace, equipment, and seating areas clean and organized, following hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.- Manage Stock: Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, and communicate needs to ensure the shop is well-stocked.- Handle Payments: Process customer transactions efficiently using the cash register and provide receipts, ensuring accurate handling of cash and cards.Required Skills and Expectations:- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a barista or related role is preferred, allowing you to handle a fast-paced environment effectively.- A positive and friendly attitude is essential for providing outstanding customer service.- Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing cash.- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.- Knowledge of coffee preparation and an eagerness to learn about coffee varieties and brewing methods is a plus.- Must have completed 12th grade and be willing to work full-time in an office setting.
