Urgent recruitment candidate for Banking in house jobs.

Salary:- 20,000/- to 22,000/- per months With PF + ESI.

Duty Hours:- 8 hours.

Job Locations:- (Purba Medinipur, Purulia, Asansol, Durgapur, Bankura, Uttar Dinajpur, South Andaman, Nadia, Malda, Murshidabadh, Hooghly, Birbhum, Paschim Medinipur, kolkata, Paschim Barddhaman, Murshidabad, North 24 Parganas), West Bengal.

Job Responsibilities:-

Welcome and assist customers visiting the bank.

Guide customers to the appropriate counters or departments.

Provide information about digital banking services and procedures.

Help customers fill out forms and applications.

Handle basic customer queries politely and professionally.

Report customer issues or concerns to bank staff.

Provide information about ATM card uses.

Maintain confidentiality and follow bank rules.

Qualifications Requirement:-

Graduation and Computer Knowledge.

Age:- 21 to 30 yrs.

Experience:- Minimum 3 years and also Freshers can apply for this job

Must have experience in banking.

Demonstrated good communication skills and basic computer handling.

Experienced in banking finance department or other finance industry.

Experienced in assisting customers with banking queries and guiding them to appropriate service counters.

Managed customer flow and maintained smooth service operations at the help desk.
