Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Bams Doctor to join our team in Nawanshahr. In this full-time position, you will provide expert care and guidance to patients using the principles of Ayurveda.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Patient Consultation:** Conduct detailed consultations with patients to understand their health concerns and medical history, which helps in creating effective treatment plans.

- **Diagnosis and Treatment:** Use Ayurvedic methods to diagnose health issues; develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including herbal remedies and lifestyle advice, to support patient healing.

- **Follow-Up Care:** Monitor patients’ progress through follow-up appointments, ensuring treatments are effective and making adjustments as necessary for better outcomes.

- **Health Education:** Educate patients about Ayurvedic health practices, diet, and wellness strategies to promote better health and prevent future ailments.

- **Documentation:** Keep accurate records of patient consultations, treatments provided, and follow-up care, ensuring all information is up-to-date and confidential.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should have a degree relevant to Bams medicine and at least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting. Strong communication skills are essential for explaining treatment plans to patients. You should be empathetic, patient-focused, and able to work well under pressure. Additional knowledge of herbal medicines and Ayurvedic practices will be beneficial. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of Ayurveda is expected.
