Back Office Assistant - Full Time

Candidate will be responsible for generating business for Business Loans, Personal Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property and other financial products. The employee will interact with customers, explain loan products, collect documents, and coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing.

Job Responsibilities:

€¢ New customer lead generation through field work, calling and references

€¢ Explaining loan schemes and financial products to customers

€¢ Collecting KYC and financial documents

€¢ Follow-up with banks/NBFC for loan approval

€¢ Maintaining daily reporting of leads and disbursement

€¢ Achieving monthly sales targets

€¢ Maintaining good customer relationship

Required Skills:

€¢ Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)

€¢ Basic knowledge of banking/loan process

€¢ Ability to handle customers

€¢ Field work readiness

€¢ Target oriented working

Experience / Training:

€¢ Experience in loan/insurance/finance sales preferred
