key responsibilities:

provide professional massage services, including ayurvedic ,swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, thai, full body massage, and other therapies offered by the spa.

assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable massage treatments.

ensure a relaxing, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.

maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of treatment rooms and equipment.

uphold the highest standards of professionalism, client confidentiality, and customer service.

educate clients on aftercare, relaxation techniques, and wellness practices.

promote additional spa services and wellness packages where appropriate.

adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

keep accurate records of treatments and client preferences.

participate in training sessions to upgrade skills and stay updated with new massage techniques.

qualifications & skills:

certified massage therapist (relevant training or diploma in massage therapy).

minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a spa, wellness center, or similar environment.

knowledge of multiple massage techniques and therapies.

excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

strong customer service orientation and professional appearance.

ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
