Role:

As an AWS Cloud Data Project Manager at Trianz, you will be a key contributor in driving the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects focused on AWS cloud-based data solutions.

Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. Leveraging your project management expertise and AWS knowledge, you will play a vital role in driving innovation and transformation for our clients' data initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of AWS cloud data projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their data-related goals and translate them into well-defined project requirements and objectives.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, timelines, resources, and milestones, while effectively managing project risks and issues.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring seamless information flow among team members.

Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate financial forecasts to stakeholders.

Regularly communicate project progress through meetings, status updates, and reports to ensure all stakeholders are informed about project developments.

Monitor project performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to optimize project outcomes.

Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their data-related needs are met and their expectations are exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with technical teams to comprehend AWS cloud data architecture and technology trends, applying them effectively to project solutions.

Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, Trianz's standards, processes, and best practices.
