reports and data presentation: compile, analyze, and present reports based on data provided by the mechanics. create presentable data sheets for internal and external use.

direct reporting to founder: report directly to the founder, acting as a pivotal bridge between the vision and execution. demonstrate a focused dedication and unwavering belief in the founder's vision, serving as the backbone of the organization.

qualifications:
bachelor's degree in automotive engineering or related field. master's degree is a plus.
demonstrated expertise in vehicle assessments and diagnostics, preferably with 0-2 years of prior experience in the industry.
strong managerial skills, showcasing the ability to lead and nurture a team.
excellent problem-solving abilities and a track record of execution excellence.
proficiency in utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and software.
advanced computer skills with a proven work history using microsoft applications.
