- should analyse product requirement specifications, customer requirements, internal requirements, and standard requirements.

- should have hands on experience with identifying test scenarios, design & development of automation scripts.

- should have good understanding of test bench environment, setting up automated test environment.

- should collaborate with cross functional teams to bring innovation and to overcome obstacles in automated test environment creation.

- should interact with internal/external stakeholders on requirement/feature clarifications, scope freeze, issue reproduction, …

- should have good knowledge of automotive embedded system concepts, automotive communication bus systems & protocols.

- should have knowledge of automotive products in telematics, connected car, body controller domains, …….

- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- highly self-motivated and energetic.
