Hiring For Automation Test Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of our software applications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Develop Automated Tests:** Create and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate testing frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

- **Execute Test Plans:** Run automated tests and report results, identifying defects and inconsistencies in the software. This helps in detecting issues early in the development cycle.

- **Analyze Test Results:** Review test outcomes and analyze logs, ensuring all functionalities work as intended and meeting our quality standards.

- **Collaborate with Development Teams:** Work closely with software developers and other QA team members to integrate testing processes seamlessly into the development workflow.

- **Maintain Test Documentation:** Keep testing documentation up-to-date, including test cases, test scripts, and defect reports for clarity and reference.

- **Identify Testing Challenges:** Proactively identify areas for test automation improvements and suggest solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness in testing.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have 3 to 8 years of experience in automation testing. Proficiency in programming languages like Java or Python and experience with test frameworks such as Selenium or JUnit are essential. A solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies is expected. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with good communication abilities, are crucial to succeed in this role. Experience in continuous integration and familiarity with version control systems will be an added advantage.
