We are seeking a detail-oriented Building Design Engineer with a Diploma or /. in Civil Engineering who possesses strong Civil Engineering Knowledge, AutoCAD Proficiency, and general Drafting Software Skills. The ideal candidate will apply precise Mathematical Skills to perform detailed building estimations, quantity takeoffs, and BOQ preparations. Responsibilities include using Blueprint Interpretation to analyze complex technical drawings while ensuring all plans strictly comply with standard Drafting Standards, local Building Codes, and established Construction Standards. This role requires close coordination with site teams and project managers to translate technical drawings into accurate site execution and material planning.
