AutoCAD Designer (Freshers) Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced and technically capable Solar AutoCAD Technician to prepare detailed drawings for rooftop solar power system installations. The candidate will be required to visit customer sites, conduct site surveys and measurements, understand the site conditions, and prepare accurate and practical installation drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customer locations for site surveys and measurements for rooftop solar installations.

• Assess roof areas, available space, access, equipment locations, cable routes, and other site conditions.

• Prepare AutoCAD drawings for rooftop solar PV systems, including panel layouts, mounting structures, equipment locations, cable routing, and electrical layouts.

• Prepare single-line diagrams (SLD), rooftop layouts, and installation drawings as required.

• Coordinate with the project and installation teams to ensure drawings are practical and suitable for site execution.

• Make necessary modifications to drawings based on site conditions and client/project requirements.

• Coordinate with customers, engineers, and site personnel whenever required.

• Maintain proper records of drawings and revisions.

• Support the project team with technical drawings and documentation throughout the installation process.

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI / relevant technical qualification preferred.

• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D is essential.

• Knowledge of solar rooftop system design and installation will be an advantage.

• Ability to read and understand electrical and structural drawings.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites within and around Bengaluru.

• Good measurement, drawing, and documentation skills.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

• Freshers with good AutoCAD skills and an interest in the solar industry may also be considered.
