Autocad Designer - Furniture Manufacturing Company - Sector 43 Gurgaon

Overview

We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Designer to produce detailed technical drawings, plans, and models based on project requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong drafting expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

Create and modify 2D and 3D CAD drawings using AutoCAD.

Interpret sketches, specifications, and engineering notes to develop accurate designs.

Prepare layout drawings, detailed drawings, and assembly drawings for projects.

Review designs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.

Collaborate with engineering teams to solve design challenges.

Maintain documentation and update drawing registers as needed.

Ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.

Support project teams with drafting-related tasks throughout all project phases.

Participate in design reviews and incorporate requested revisions.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Drafting, Architecture, or related field.

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D); experience with additional CAD tools (Revit, SolidWorks, Civil 3D, etc.) is a plus.

Strong understanding of drafting principles, dimensioning, and industry standards.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
