Job description

New ATM machines installations and software upgradations at field.

Perform repairs as required to installations of ATM and base updates

Coordinates installation, maintenance, and new operating systems updates

New application and patches updates in ATM machines.

Perform Quarterly basis preventive maintenance as per customer / bank staff availability

Assist customer with training when if customer bank staff requested.

Good customer Relationship on site customer support at field

We shall provide real time basis ATM support services training to new candidates for 7 days to 15 days.
