We are seeking a reliable and motivated ATM Field Executive to manage and monitor ATM operations in the assigned area. The candidate will be responsible for regular ATM visits, ensuring smooth functioning, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining proper reports to achieve maximum ATM uptime.

Salary:- 25,000/- to 30,000/- per months.

Duty Hours:- 8 hours.

Job Location:- (Purba Medinipur, Purulia, Darjeeling, Cooch Behar, Bankura, Uttar Dinajpur, South Dinajpur, Nadia, Howrah, South 24 Parganas, Hooghly, Birbhum, Paschim Medinipur, kolkata, Paschim Barddhaman, Murshidabad, North 24 Parganas), West Bengal.

Job Responsibilities:-

Visit & monitor ATM for maintenance, Cleanliness and uptime.

Supervise field teams and review perfomance.

coordinate with vendor for timely cash loading and issue resolution.

Conduct surprise checks and ensure SLA compliance.

Submit daily/weekly field reports through mobile applications or systems.

Qualifications :-

Minimum Graduation pass and above.

BFSI experience candidate should be preferred.

Requirements :-

Good communication skills in local language and basic English.

Basic knowledge of smartphones and reporting tools.

Prior field or operations experience is an added advantage.

Age:- 21 to 30 yrs.
