1. Job Purpose
To oversee daily store operations, support the Branch Manager, and ensure smooth functioning of sales, staff management, and customer service at the Tragad branch.

2. Key Responsibilities
A. Store Operations
• Ensure smooth day-to-day store functioning
• Maintain store discipline, cleanliness, and visual merchandising
• Monitor opening and closing procedures
B. Sales & Target Achievement
• Support team in achieving daily & monthly sales targets
• Monitor staff performance and motivate team
• Ensure proper billing and avoid sales leakage
C. Staff Management
• Handle staff attendance and shift planning
• Solve employee issues on time
• Ensure proper grooming and behavior of staff
• Train new employees on store process and rules
D. Customer Service
• Ensure excellent customer experience
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Encourage Google reviews and customer feedback
E. Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain daily sales report (DSR)
• Ensure proper data entry (billing, attendance, stock if applicable)
• Coordinate with HR for employee records
F. Compliance & Discipline
• Ensure company rules and SOPs are followed
• Avoid fraud, fake billing, or policy violations
• Report any issue to Branch Manager immediately
