Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and academically strong Assistant Professor (Full-Time Faculty) for the Computer Science department. This role is ideal for graduates or final-year students passionate about teaching, mentoring students, and building a long-term academic career in higher education.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality classroom and laboratory teaching for programs in Computer Science and related fields. Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assessments, and instructional content aligned with the curriculum and Outcome-Based Education (OBE) framework. Guide and evaluate student projects, promoting innovation and academic excellence. Mentor students for academic development, career guidance, internships, and professional growth. Participate in curriculum development, departmental planning, academic improvement, and quality assurance activities. Support research initiatives and encourage undergraduate research involvement. Engage in academic, administrative, and accreditation-related tasks as required.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Required:

Masters degree ( in Computer Science) completed or final-year student. MCA + PhD candidates will also be considered. Strong subject knowledge in relevant engineering discipline.

Effective communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching and student development.

Preferred:

Understanding of outcome-based education and academic processes. Familiarity with LMS or digital teaching platforms is a plus. Freshers and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.
