Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting the Cafe Manager in day-to-day operations: This includes overseeing the cafe staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
2. Managing inventory and stock: Keeping track of supplies, ordering new stock, and minimizing waste to ensure efficient operations.
3. Handling customer inquiries and issues: Providing excellent customer service, addressing complaints, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all patrons.
4. Training and supervising staff: Conducting training sessions, delegating tasks, and monitoring employee performance to maintain a productive team.

Required Skills and Expectations:
1. Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or relevant field: Equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in a cafe management role.
2. 1-7 years of experience in a similar role: Experienced in cafe operations, staff management, and customer service.
