key responsibilities:

assist senior technicians in installation, maintenance, and servicing tasks.

carry tools, materials, and provide support for field activities.

learn and perform basic repair and servicing work under supervision.

maintain worksite cleanliness, follow safety guidelines, and support smooth workflow.

gain hands-on experience to build technical skills in hvac systems.

qualifications & requirements:

iti / technical certification in a/c or refrigeration (preferred) / experienced candidates.

freshers with interest in hvac fieldwork may also apply.

basic knowledge of a/c tools, equipment, and safety practices.

physically fit, willing to work in field/site conditions.

eagerness to learn and grow into a skilled technician role.
